Online Notice of Withdrawal/Not Returning

 

Thank you for entrusting us with the education of your child or children. It has been our privilege to serve your family. To help us better serve our families and to have an understanding about why you are withdrawing your child(ren) from, or not returning to SCS, please complete the following. This required form provides written notification to Southside Christian School that your child(ren) will be withdrawing or not returning next school year.

WITHDRAWAL/NOT RETURNING GUIDELINES

*After acceptance into SCS or enrollment for the upcoming school year, there is no withdrawal fee before July 1st.

*After July 1st, there is a $500 withdrawal fee. Families that withdraw their student(s) after the first day of school will be assessed a $500 withdrawal fee per student and will be responsible for tuition for the quarter in which they withdrew.

*From the first day of school through the end of the 1st marking period = ¼ tuition due, 2nd marking period = ½ tuition due, 3rd marking period = ¾ tuition due, 4th marking period = full year’s tuition. All other fees are due in full and are non-refundable.

*Please know that completion of this form is a requirement for SCS to release your children’s records to a new school (in addition to your account being paid in full).

I understand that I must submit the Online Notice of Withdrawal by February 5th to avoid being charged the nonrefundable enrollment fee for the upcoming school year. This policy was stated in the Continuous Enrollment Agreement I signed when my child was accepted or in October 2024.
